Carnival in Daruvar 2025.

February is the shortest month of the year and the only one with a female name, the month of masquerades and crazy parties, and the month in which lovers celebrate their day. We invite you to masquerade and crazy parties, to summon the true spring with a traditional act.

This year's Daruvar Carnival will take to the streets of the city on Saturday, February 22nd, when they will walk along Stjepan Radić Street to King Tomislav Square, where they will have fun with a special program, masked entertainers, interesting prizes, and enjoy delicious donuts. The reign of the carnival in our small town will end on March 4th, on Shrove Tuesday, when, in the presence, dancing, and games of masked kindergarteners, elementary and high school students, the verdict will be pronounced on Zloćek and the keys to the city will be returned to the current mayor.
