The Bara Sports Pond is located within the Bara Excursion Site in Grubišno Polje. It is a complex of one large and one smaller pond, managed by the Udica Sport Angling Association. The entire complex is open to recreational anglers every day 24/7 with the purchase of a daily fishing license in the amount of €20.00. The permit is bought in the fishing house, from the fishkeeper, whose contact is indicated on the fisherman’s lodge. Fishing in a large pond works on the “catch-and-release” principle, whereas in the small one it works on the “catch-and-carry” principle.
